    It's nice to see mom and dad on here Kat. Ilove ya and take care of yourself! And no you were the prettiest of them all and that is why you won; don't you forget it! That is what mom and dad told me.

    Hi, I am sorry to hear about your Dad. I grew up in Camiguin and I always passed by your residence on my way to school (FCC) many moons ago. I visited the island last summer and went swimming in Cabua-an, in fact, I took picture of your family beach house. You may check on www.bayanihanpost.com and click living.     cecil is right. but the event was not Lanzones fest but the Feast of "San Juan" - every 24th of June, the best time to go swimming. remember?

    Hi Kath,

    Am happy you are Obama too. I even had a discussion with your mom regarding this issue. She was actually for McCain but she also told me her kids are actually telling her you are for Obama! All my classmates in the US are very much McCain and I got into hot waters being outspoken.

    Let us wish him luck! It is not only the US who needs him but the rest of the world! He does not have an easy job!

    I hate to see partisan politics. I think it does a country no good at all. It all becomes about oneupmanship, and scoring points off the 'other party' instead of working together to repair the issues at hand.

    What seems to have sunk the GOP this time around, is the narrow-mindedness of many, the one-issue crowd, and the total lack of tolerance to anyone elses viewpoint to their own. No one has all the answers, no one is ever correct all the time, and while I'll respect the fact that you might have a different view to me on a particular issue, I'll hear you out, and listen to your stance, and I might even learn something. Not to do that, means I am failing on a possible opportunity to enrich my life in some way, by learning why you have an opposing view to me.

    All politicians, and their respective supporters, would, in my view, do well to remember this.
